Our therapists at PARC are Licensed and Certified with many years of advanced clinical training and extensive experience in the field. Many have published, taught and supervised other therapists at renowned psychotherapy training institutes. Our Therapists at PARC are a diverse group who work with Individuals, Couples, Families and Adolescents. We are trained in the Gottman Method for Couples, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused CBT, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) and Attachment focused EMDR. Many of our clinicians are certified psychoanalysts. We also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy in New York. If you wish to find a PARC therapist of a particular gender or sexual orientation, please indicate this when you call to make an appointment.

PARC has offices located in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Nassau County and Suffolk County on Long Island, New York. We also have therapists licensed to practice in New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida and Maine.

PARC is not in-network with any insurance company. If you have out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy, you can be reimbursed for our services after meeting your deductible. If necessary, we will supply you with a "super bill" to submit to your insurance. Please check with your insurance company to determine if you have out-of-network benefits.

PARC is fully committed to privacy and confidentiality. We are out-of network providers and can provide clients with a superbill that provides the minimal details the insurance company needs to know about the service (e.g., service code, diagnosis code, date of service, clinician’s address and tax information) in order for the client to receive partial reimbursement based on their specific plan. Our therapists never provide session content or type of therapeutic approach to any insurance company. We report to no one but you.

We understand that there will be emergencies or unpredictable events that may prevent you from attending your scheduled appointment. Aside from these scenarios, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment will be billed at regular fee.
